Fortune Jenna worked at Wyrd Fortune as the tarot card reader Madam Jannisse. Lucy and Leo come in to get a reading are disappointed by the reading Madam Jannise gives them. A few days after the reading, she sees the a photo of the Leo in her favorite magazine, Velvet. Lucy and Leo were reporters and not even a couple! Leo actually has the nerve to ask her out after she confronts him about his article. Lucy on the other hand comes to thank Jenna for her great card reading. The other women that work at Wyrd Fortune call a meeting to let Jenna know that they know she is not really happy reading the cards and she agrees. While looking in the Help Wanted Section, Jenna comes across a mysterious job and decides to go for it. The job is actually Lucy’s old job as Horoscope columnist at Velvet. Will working this close to Leo cause Jenna more stress than it’s worth or will the fortunes she read before she took over the column come true? |

Whiskey Shots - Volume 16 by Sue Perkins was a hilarious read. Misty Memory let’s you feel the stress that Gayle goes through wondering if she slept with her boss or not. Available Now Rating: 5 Enchantments MISTY MEMORY has Shane Morgan, our hero, and Gayle, our heroine. This is a very cute story that keeps one guessing about Gayle’s ‘misty memory’. After the misty memory is cleared, you are left with a happy ever after ending. Very nice Ms. Perkins, extremely creative. WYRD FORTUNE is a cute relationship story that keeps you wondering what will happen next. I totally enjoyed it and was continually curious about the next turn of events, whether Leo and Jenna would finally get together. I just wish the story were a bit longer. Sue Perkins is originally from the West Country of England. In her youth she traveled the world with her husband. Sue and her family immigrated to New Zealand and live on a three-acre lifestyle block in Marlborough at the top of the South Island. Sue enjoys reading, writing, genealogy and line dancing.
